General Notes : (commercial flight)

- If Booking cancelled after ticketing, refunds will take upto 5 months from the date of confirmation to process.

- Our service fees of $250 per person plus any airline fees will apply (Already mentioned in Itinerary terms and conditions)

- We are only liable to pay this refund once we receive payment from Airlines and for any reason if refund not received from then we are not liable to pay.

- Partially utilized ticket is non-refundable

- Non-refundable tickets: no amount will be refunded.

- Refunds due to medical reasons are very rarely given by airlines as such travel insurance is highly recommended.

If your Charter flight get cancelled and alternate given option is not suitable than you are eligible for full refund and time will take 3 weeks.
